Indian Army Recruitment 2021 – Online applications are invited from NCC candidates for joining Indian Army through NCC special entry scheme. Candidates can apply online on the Official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. From 30.12.2020 to 28.01.2021. Interested candidates can apply after carefully reading the advertisement regarding eligibility criteria, Pay Scale, online registration processes, payment of application fee, process & pattern of examinations/ interview, Exam Date, Result Date, etc. before applying.

Vacancy Details:

Indian Army invites applications from the following unmarried men and women candidates.
1. NCC Men: 50 vacancy
2. NCC Women: 05 vacancy

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army NCC Recruitment 2021:

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates who are all having NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders can apply.
• Candidates should have a degree from a recognised university and also Final year students can apply.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 50% or above marks in their degree in a recognised university.

Serviced in NCC:

Candidates should have served for a minimum two-three academic year.

• 2 yrs (23.05.2008-21.02.2013)
• 3 yrs (22.02.2013-till now)

Candidates should have obtained a minimum of ‘B’grade in ‘C’.

Age Limit:

Lower Age Limit: 19 years

Upper Age Limit: 25 years

i.e born not earlier than 02 Jan 1996 and not later than 01 Jan 2002; both dates inclusive.

Pay Scale:

Stipend during training period: Rs.56,100/- p.m.



On completion of training, candidates will be promoted as given below based on their service.

PayScale on completion of training is given below.

MSP to the officers from the rank of Lt to Brig Rs.15,500/- p.m. fixed.

Selection Procedure:

The selection for the Indian Army through NCC Special Entry Scheme will be done through the following procedure.

1. Shortlisting of applications
2. SSB Interview (Stage I and Stage II) and Certificate Verification
3. Medical Examination

• Candidates must keep their personal details, qualification details, details of references, experience details, other relevant details, and scanned copy of photograph and signature with them before starting the online application.
• Visit the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and open the Online Application Form, available under “Officer Entry Apply/Login” and then “Apply Online”.
• Fill the application carefully.
• Candidates should carefully check the form before final submission. No change/ edit will be allowed thereafter.
• Finally, take out 2 copies printout of their application form.
