Procedure for Applying Online

We have given a step-by-step procedure on how to apply for IRCON Recruitment 2021 – Work Engineer vacancies for your reference.

Step 1: Visit IRCON’s official website https://www.ircon.org/

Step 2: Click on “HR & Career → Career @ IRCON” on the home page.

Step 3: Next, click on the “Contract Employment (Click here for more)” on the career page.

Step 4: A new page will open as shown below. Click on “Recruitment of Engineers on Contract basis (Advt. No. C-02/2021)” and read the official notification carefully to check your eligibility.

Step 5: Click on the “Apply Online” link near the Recruitment of Engineers on a contract basis (Advt. No. C-02/2021).

Step 6: Details of vacancies will be displayed. Again, click on the “Apply Online” button.

Step 7: Fill in the application form with personal details, contact details, qualification details, and experience details. Then, click on the “Submit Application”.

Step 8: On successful registration, Application No and link to login will be sent to your registered mobile no. and registered email id.

Step 9: After login, click on “Upload docs & Submit/Print Application” and upload your photo and signature as per the prescribed format.

Step 10: Click on the “View and Final Submission button” after selecting the name of a vacancy advertised and thereafter entering the application number and date of birth for the final submission of your application. After checking the details carefully, click on Final
submission button.

Step 11: Take a printout of your registered application form.

Step 12: Send the registered application form and required enclosure to the following address by post. DGM/HRM, Ircon International Ltd., C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi – 110017.

Step 13: Envelope must be super-scribed as “Application for the post of _________”.

List of Scanned Documents Needed for Applying 

• Passport size color photo in JPEG format of size less than 50 kb.
• Signature (black ink) in JPEG format of size less than 50 kb.

Scanned copy of the following documents in pdf format (not exceeding size of 100kb each)

• Proof of Date of Birth: SSLC/Matriculation Certificate
• Certificate of the prescribed educational qualification: Degree certificate and consolidated mark sheet. Candidates, who have been awarded CGPA/OGPA/DGPA in place of marks in degree, should submit proof of conversion factor as applicable to
  the percentage as prescribed by the University/Institute.
• Certificates of other professional qualifications, if any.
• Experience Certificate: Certificates clearly indicating the length and line of experience as per eligibility conditions. Certificate/proof submitted in support of experience should clearly mention the date of joining & relieving. Offer letter alone will not be considered as proof of experience, the candidate should submit acceptable proof of joining & relieving.
• EWS/Caste Certificate, if applicable.
• NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC): Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government Organization/Public Sector Undertakings and Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel or furnish NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE at the time of interview.

Note: Self-attested photocopies of the above documents must be attached with the registered application form while sending the hard copy by post.
