Eligibility Criteria for NCDC Recruitment 2021 – Junior Assistant Post

Educational Qualification

Dy. Director (General)
  • A Bachelor Degree with MBA (*02 yrs full time or 03 yrs part time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/Statistics/ Agri-business/ Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.
  • 5 yrs post-qualification experience in an executive capacity in finance, accounts, costing, taxation, risk assessment, audit, resource management, project appraisal, financing, monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with the use of computer and related software.
2.

Dy. Director (MIS)
  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communication, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science.
  • 5 yrs post-qualification experience in supervisory/ executive capacity preferably in a bank / financial institution, in the areas of systems analysis/ data management/ development of need-based software on Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
3.

Dy. Director (Food Processing)
  • BE/B.Tech in Food Processing.
  • 5 yrs post-qualification experience in an executive capacity in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and conversant with the use of computer and related software.
4.

Assistant Director (General)
  • Bachelor’s degree with MBA/(2-years’ full time/3-years’ part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agri-business/ Rural Management/ Cooperative Management/ Banking/Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant.
  • 2 yrs post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit, project appraisal, project financing, monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with the use of computer and related software.
5.

Assistant Director (Legal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
  • 2 yrs post-qualification experience in the areas of legal/ financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims, etc., and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals preferably in banks/financial institutions and conversant with the use of computer and related software.
6.

Assistant Director (MIS)
  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communication, or MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science.
  • 2 yrs post-qualification experience in a bank/financial institution in the areas of systems analysis/data management/ development of need-based software on Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
7.

Assistant Director (Horticulture)
  • B.Tech/B.sc in Horticulture.
  • 2 yrs post-qualification experience in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and also conversant with the use of computer and related software.

Assistant Director (Live Stock)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & AH).
  • 2 yrs post-qualification experience in implementing/ operating/ maintaining/ quality control etc. of units in the given field and also conversant with the use of computer and related software.
9.

Programme Officer (General)
  • Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST).
  • 2 years post qualification experience in Central /State Govt./ Semi Govt. Organizations/Coop. Organizations.

Desirable: Diploma in Cooperation.
10.

Senior Assistant (General)
  • Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of SC/ST).
  • Knowledge of computers.

Junior Assistant (General)
  • Degree in a recognized University with knowledge of computers.

Procedure for Applying Online

Step 2: Click on the “career” link at the top right corner.

Step 3: Next, click on the “Download file” against the “Brief Advertisement No. 01/2021 [PDF, English]” and read the official notification carefully.

Step 4: After reading the official notification, click on the “Click here to Apply Online”.

Step 5: A new window will open displaying the “Important Instructions to the Candidates”. Read it and click “Tick mark” in the declaration section at the bottom of the page. Then, click on the “Start” button.

Step 6: It will be directed to the registration page as shown below. Fill in the registration form with your details and click on the “Submit” button.

Step 7: On successful registration, Login ID and Password will be sent to your registered email and registered mobile number.

Step 8: Use these to login and fill in the online application form with your Personal details, Educational qualification and Experience details.

Step 9: Upload scanned photo and signature as per the guidelines.

Step 10: Click on the “Preview” tab and verify your details in the application form.

Step 11: Click on the “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

Step 12: The candidate will be directed to the Application Fee payment through an integrated payment gateway. Pay the fee by using anyone modes of payment.

Step 13: On successful payment, the candidate will be redirected to his application form with fee details.

Step 14: Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

List of Scanned Documents Needed for Applying

  • Passport size color photo in JPEG format of size less than 100 kb.
  • Signature (black ink) in JPEG format of size less than 80 kb.
