Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Sind Bank Recruitment 2021 – Manager Post

Educational Qualification

1. Chief Information Security Officer

Essential Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (3 yrs or 5 yrs) from a Govt. recognized University or Institute in India and PG degree in Law will be preferable. UG and PG  must be full time and regular

Experience: Candidate must be in Scale III and have at least 10 years experience as Law Officer in Public Sector Bank/ Scheduled Commercial Bank out of which atleast 3 yrs experience in Scale OR Candidate must be enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council. Candidate must be in Scale III in Public Sector Bank/ Scheduled Commercial Bank and have a combined minimum of 12 yrs experience as a Practicing advocate and atleast 3 yrs Law Officer in Scale III. The experience should be after enrolment as an advocate with Bar Council. Candidates must know banking law & Practice regulations and procedures and recovery proceedings under SARFAESI Act, DRT, IBC and recovery actions.

2. Assistant General Manager – Law

Essential Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/ IT)/ MCA with one of the below-mentioned certifications from ISACA: (i) Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) (ii) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) OR Engineering Graduation with a diploma in Computer Application with one of the below-mentioned certifications from ISACA: (i) Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) (ii)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Experience: Hands-on experience in managing Information Security System devices. Exposure to formulate and implement Information Security Policies and Procedures. Minimum 10 yrs of working experience in handling IT-related functions in a Public Sector Bank/ Private Bank/ Foreign Bank/Financial Institution, of which minimum 3 yrs of experience in Information Security domain. Applicant must be working minimum as Scale —III or equivalent in a Public Sector Bank/ Private Bank/ Foreign Bank/Financial Institution. Preference will be given to Scale-IV applicants if otherwise found suitable.

3. Risk Manager

Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate must be:- (i) Graduate in any discipline with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and PG in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/ Risk Management OR MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management OR PG Diploma in Finance/ Banking/ Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA. (ii) Or Completed professional courses CA/ICWA/CS.

Experience: 5 yrs of experience as an Officer in Financial Institutions/ Banks/ Rating Agencies/ Analytics Firm/ Reputed Brokerage / Corporate Organisations like CRISIL, CIBIL, ICRA, etc., out of which 3 yrs experience in risk functions. The experience should be after attaining the required qualification.

4. Risk Manager

Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate must be:-(i) Graduate in any discipline with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduate in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/ Risk Management OR MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management OR PG Diploma in Finance/ Banking/ Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA.(ii) Or Completed professional courses CA/ICWA/CS. Note: – Candidates with the following Additional Qualifications will be preferred:

  • Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
  • Professional Risk Manager (PRM) from PRMIA
  • Diploma in Treasury, Investment and Risk Management (DTIRM-IIBF)
  • CAIIB with specialization in risk management.

Experience: Officers at least in JMGS I with Post Qualification experience of not less than 3 yrs in the field of Compliance and/or Risk Management in Banks/ Financial Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings.

5. IT Manager

Common Qualification: B.E./B Tech/M.E./M Tech in computer Science / Computer Technology/Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Technology / Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Information science & Engineering / Electronic and communication Engineering or MCA with minimum 60% and above only or equivalent CGPA.

Common Experience: Minimum six years of post-qualification work experience in information technology out of which 3 yrs mandatory experience in relevant field.

6. IT Manager

Common Qualification: B.E./B Tech/M.E./M Tech in computer Science / Computer Technology/Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Technology / Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Information science & Engineering / Electronic and communication Engineering or MCA with minimum 60% and above only or equivalent CGPA.

Common Experience: Minimum four years of post-qualification work experience in information technology out of which 2 yrs mandatory experience in relevant field.

Step 6: The registration page will open. Enter your name, mobile no, Email ID, and then click on the “Save & Next” button.

Step 7: Provisional Registration Number and Password will be displayed on the screen. Also, it will be sent to your registered mobile no and Email Id.

Step 8: Fill in the application form with other details and Then click on the “Save & Next” button.

Step 9: Upload the scanned photo, signature. Then click on the “Save & Next” button.

Step 10: Now Preview your application form before final submission. Verify all your details and then click on “Final Submit”.

Step 11: Now click on the “Payment tab” and proceed to payment through the integrated payment gateway. After entering your payment details, select “submit”.

Step 12: On successful payment, take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form with fee details for future needs.

Step 13: Printout of the application form and self-attested copies of relevant documents should be submitted to the following address within 09.04.2021. (Only for post of serial no 1 to 3)

  • Passport size color photo in JPEG format of size between 20 kb to 50 kb. The preferred dimension of the photo is 200 x 230 pixels.
  • Signature (black ink) in JPEG format of size between 10 kb to 20 kb. The preferred dimension of the signature is 140 x 60 pixels.
  • Left Thumb Impression (black/blue ink) in JPEG format of size between 20 kb to 50 kb.
  • Hand Written Declaration (written on white paper with black ink) in JPEG format of size between 50 kb to 100 kb.
